if i get lucky

interestingly enough, the idea of translating This Present Darkness by Frank Peretti seems to be a very good one, and a timely one, too.

so, i’ll probably work on the translation the same way i did on The Left Hand of Darkness by Le Guin (does anyone have the question, what’s with me and darkness here? i do not have the answer, not just yet), publishing the chapters for evaluation as i go along.

this i a book i remember reading in the 1990s, a book i am unable to forget. not for its plot. no. it is its radical and direct message of the battle that is part of our daily life, daily walk with Jesus.

if i am lucky, this will be published in a book for real. if not, my sandbox will have to do. so, here we go, right into the darkness, and through it. 🙂
